    About This Project

This 2G CHP Plant has been installed in Dayton, Oregon at the Forest Glen Oaks Farm. The anaerobic digester has been designed and construted by RES - Revolution Energy Solutions LLC headquartered in Washington DC. RES also owns and operates the biogas plant. 2G Energy Inc. supplied, installed and commissioned a 2G patruus 370 with fully integrated MAN® gas engine rated 370ekW/h Electrical Power or 3,071 MW p.a. and a Thermal Power capacity of 474 kWh/th. 2G Energy Inc. also supplied the complete gas treatment, including cooler, dryer / dehumidification, re-heating, and the H2S removal system. Gas drying optimizes the combustion process in the CHP engine, resulting in an increased engine efficiency and lower fuel gas consumption. Reducing the contamination of engine oil with condensate reduces the number of oil changes required and save costs. In addition certain Methyl Cyclo Siloxane components, and Ammonia NH3 are also harmful substances that are naturally partially released along with the condensate. Given that Ammonia is soluble in water, NH3 contents are reduced during the water vapor removal / cooling & drying process. Furthermore, 2G Energy Inc. installed a fully enclosed flare specifically designed for applications. 2G's flare systems, vapor combustors, and solutions meet EPA regulation 40 CFR 60.18 and are BACT approved.
